As I explained we use a fresh frozen lobster product which the meat will on occasion stick to the shell, regardless of cook temperature.

We served approximately , lobster tails during our Lobster Prime Rib promotion so I assure you we have the cooking process down pat.

As I also explained, the vast majority of our guests prefer their Prime Rib cooked to Med-Well at a minimum. When we first began serving prime rib we tried to serve Medium-Rare but we received very clear feedback that it was not acceptable.
