Music TOO LOUD!!! I only put a small round to attract the attention of managers. We are here to play and to have good time.
We are not here to dance or to listen to the music so a DJ is really not necessary expect for special occasion. After saying that, the casino is very nice, all the staff is hyper friendly, waitress take care if you See you!

Great service. This is all for your safety, so you can't complain. Twice it was very slow 1. Food was OK. A lot of people didn't wear masks walking outside but you were socially distant so I didn't think they were needed.
Tables in restaurants were far apart so masks weren't needed when you were seated. I didn't hear any British accents Overall we had a nice time - it was great to get away from the COVID reality and I felt just as safe as I do when I go to my local supermarket.

We arrived on Sat Jan 2 at 12pm and experienced a terrible check in process. We waited over 45 minutes in line in a crowded space, the second lobby area, for check in.
It was a mess and not at all in accordance to social distancing. Since we arrived early we got our bands and to go into resort and told to come back a 3 to get the room number.
We came back got our room number and showed on a map how to find the building. We were given very little information about the hotel just the bar code to view the online details.
The room was nice and clean. However the safe was broken and also the jetted tub would not hold water. We called and reported these things but they were never resolved.
Maintenance overall seemed to be lacking many elevators were not operational and buildings showing age. The minibar was basically non existent no snacks just water, Sprite and Presidente.
Also, Presidente was the only beer we found on the resort. The entire middle section of the resort was blocked off, thus making walking from beach to main lobby difficult since you have walk the perimeter.
It is a big resort. There is a trolley but wait times are often 15 minutes or more and many times the trolley would be full.
We spent a lot of time waiting on the trolley. The food has declined in quality. We had several bad meals at the buffets.
The worst was cold eggs and coffee this morning for breakfast. The a la carte restaurants that we were able to get a reservation for were of good quality.
I had to wait again over 20 minutes to checkout. Honestly, best part of this stay was leaving. Dear Rock Star, Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay with us.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful property and welcoming staff. We had the pleasure of having Juan De Leon as our host and he took impeccable care of us.

We booked 6 rooms , 2 rooms we only got at 6 pm they told use we should be happy we got 4 on time!!
And has I'm writing now it Am room next to us are still screaming for a second night!!! Last night was so loud we had to call took 1 hour before they came and tell them to relax so from to am!!
The resto Toro was nice! And food good! Monserrat the casino resto! Service was horrible took for ever to get our food and not at same!
